
Yep, that's me.
I was 140lb.
Lacking strength, with very low confidence and self-belief. Trying to lift heavy things.
But I had to tell myself I needed this. I had to get out of my comfort zone and educate myself, so I could feel better...and move better.
Since then, I've competed in Crossfit competitions, built communities that exercise together (often for a good cause) and written creative fitness challenges. Helping teach those who were in my position once is very rewarding.
